Here goes my own creation..

Ingredients (serves 2)
4 pieces chicken breast meat, skin retained or 4 pieces deboned chicken leg pieces, sliced open.
8 hashes of smoked lean bacon
2 hashes of smoked back bacon (sliced into small pieces)
2 tbsp of soya sauce
Dash of salt
1 tsp of olive oil
1 tsp of sesame oil

Pre-cooking
1) mix soya sauce, olive oil, sesame oil, sliced bacon together thoroughly.
2) rub salt into chicken pieces.
3) pour marinate onto chicken and rub.
4) cover with cling wrap and put in fridge for 2 hours.

Cooking.
1) preheat oven to 200degrees C
2) wrap smoked lean bacon around the chicken and spread thinly onto baking tray, skin facing upwards.
3) cover baking tray with foil and *BAKE* for 15minutes.
4)make some holes in the foil.
5) after 15minutes, remove covering foil and *ROAST* for a further 10minutes or when chicken skin browns.
6) Serves best with chips or rice.
