Phew

I just came back from a Rojak rehearsal. Phew. Took so much video and photos today and had such a great time. Went to the gym in the afternoon for some weights and cardio training. It’s been a while, but still gotta keep my fitness up. I feel so much better today after the workout, and the good laughs at the rehearsal.

Chongwai’s just a natural at cooking up jokes when he forgets his lines. “Headache? In a war if you take off your helmet, you won’t have a head to ache!” Everyone was like, WTH, *scrambles thru the script*. (Not there, nevermind, we’ll add it in.) And everyone was bowling over in laughter, because we all knew he forgot his lines and cooked it all up. Christine sang beautifully with her technically difficult pieces, and Marvin was himself monkeying around. Prata man Xingmao was hilariously funny. Man, this is so gonna be the musical of the year.

Probably going to watch Pien’s competition later, maybe with the rest. I hope she gets something, I don’t wanna face a sulky face for a whole week. Read and research my upcoming lab, read what I’ve fallen behind over the past fortnight. Do next week’s assignments as I’ll be so busy next week. Maybe go for a jog in Hyde Park, haven’t done that since winter came. Birds are chirping, spring’s around the corner. Working on a promotional vid for Rojak, hope to get it done soon. I should be sleeping, it’s already 2.30, but I can’t sleep cos I slept this afternoon.

Things will fall into place. Believe. Right. More tickets to sell.
