Ghosts of my past haunt my dreams

I’ve been having very bad nights for the past week. Almost every night, ghosts from my past haunt me in my dreams. People whom I have let down, people whom have let me down, people who I would call to be the skeletons in my cupboard. It’s not recurring, every night, it’s different. But the theme has been the same. I almost always wake up in pain, sometimes almost in tears.
