Sigh, full blown lab work’s going to start this week and run on for 4 weeks. Looks like it’s gonna be a lifeless month, with rushing lab reports and hibernating in the Perkins Lab. I don’t expect to have much time to fool around these few weeks I guess. I just got my lab manuals and spent the whole afternoon pouring through it over my prawn noodles. Looks deceptively easy, but I know my lecturers aren’t that kind. Mike HAS got to have something up his sleeves. His inorganic experiments are too straightforward, and knowing him, there has to be unwritten pitfalls if you don’t do your research. To make things worse, the references are to the 1968 and 1969 publications, which the school library doesn’t have an electronic subscription, so the only way is to make my way to school and go through all the physical copies on Monday! Argh. Anyway, I spent some time today updating my ‘about me’ page and cleared up some bad codes which occurred when I changed my theme.

It was a great week, and I totally enjoyed my last slacking week, slacking and going out.
