As you may have heard, Imperial College will leave the University of London in July 2007, and become a University in its own right.

You have received this e-mail as you have the choice whether to remain registered for a University of London degree or to transfer your registration to an Imperial College degree.   Those groups of students given this choice are:

1. All current undergraduate students who will be continuing their studies in 2007-8
2. All postgraduate students who will be continuing their studies beyond the date of the withdrawal in July 2007.  Please note that those PhD students recorded as writing up at the date of withdrawal will receive a University of London degree.

Before making your decision, you must read the information contained in the “Notice to Students”.  This information will help you make your choice.

Whichever degree-awarding body you choose, the teaching you receive and the assessment and examination process you undergo will not change.

Once you have read the information and made your choice, please reply to this email to register your choice:
·         State “University of London” to remain registered as a student of the University of London.
·         State “Imperial College” to transfer your registration to Imperial College.
