In 17 hours

I’m almost all ready to go, packed! Tomorrow will be the start of my 28 day voyage across eastern Europe, mainly via buses and trains and the occasional ferry before returning to Italy and Paris. As mentioned before I will be blogging and uploading photos along the way with my trusty (and nearly rotten) laptop.

I know I did stop writing for a very long while, and my readership has really plunged as I see from my site statistics. I hope to bring this site back up to it’s former state with an average of 50 readers a day hopefully back to my good ol’ days. The focus will be the same, travels, experiences and insights. Minimal personal stuff and whining, but the occasional.

I tremble in fear when your name echoes through the emptiness of my mind, for reminder of the pain and agony you brought me.

For reminder of the foolishness and stupidity of myself, in an obvious decision of self deception and hope.

I tremble in memory of the disappointment and tears you brought, for hope it will not recur.

For losing hope is deadly, and disappointment is more hurtful than anger or pain.

For a shattered soul will never recover, yet I look to you to pull out of an abyss of dismay.
