The time of the year has come again for me to pack my suitcase and return to the Gloomy Place. Well, it’s not exactly depressing, since I’m actually quite used to it. Maybe it’s just the company there that I feel is wrong for me. Enough anyway.
Packing’s a perennial problem, and Mum throws everything just short of the kitchen sink into the bag, which obviously is a problem now that I took the corporate priority ticket which means I no longer have the luxury of a 40kg limit, but a 20kg one. I keep telling Mum, reminding, that London’s is not PNG or Sahara. There are many things which are available there, if not there are ample substitutes. All I need is to bring the irreplaceables (for example Mum). Anyway, I just started packing and I’m actually damn happy I got a window front row seat on my SQ flight. Damn rare, I swear. Hey rhymes! Ample legroom with a great view, hurray!
Ok, back to packing, stuffing and shopping.
Anyway I will be gone for the next 2 to 3 weeks! Headed back to unpack and re-organise The Room, and then jumping off to Poland, Prague and Budapest for a quick trip.

Hey Ivan… I haven’t seen you (no not even at Matsuri!!) and you’re going back. I won’t tell you to take care of yourself coz you’re a big boy now. Lol!
If you’re MY Mom’s son, she’d probably give you front row emergency exit with extra baggage limit EVERYTIME you take SQ. Ahhhh, the good thing about being family with airline staff. XD

I usually end up with aisle seats, and I’m typically happy with those! This time decided not to take the extra baggage cos I’ll be shipping things home the next time round. Prefer to use the money for priority ticketing in case I need to shift my return dates
Both of you take care toos ya? ![]()
