The power of Facebook has really impressed me. My graduating class in secondary school split up 7 years ago, with all the players heading their seperate ways into the realms of tertiary education and eventually work. Some of us crossed paths in JC, other in university, but none of us ever could meet up as a class. That was until recently.
Recently, we all got on Facebook. Someone started a group for my secondary school, and I joined it. Then I invited all my friends, who in turn invited theirs to quickly populate the group with the ‘00 graduates. From there, I guess everything just snowballed, a class group was set up, and *BAM* everyone was catching up with everyone else. Then we had our first class gathering in 7 years.

As you can see, we did actually manage to get quite a few people from a class of 42. Quite a number of us are no longer in Singapore since we did have quite a number of ASEAN scholars amongst us. I really wished I was there.

The fun we all had together. Paper bullet wars, wedgies, all the bitching and how we strived as a class to kick 4/1’s ass. I miss you guys. And this week has really sucked. I feel jealous, and also lousy.
