complicated simplicity

This was what the Prof told me when he emailed me to schedule an appointment to "talk about stuff tomorrow" at 4 in the afternoon.

It’s not like I don’t know what it is about, just that it is a confrontation I have rather been dreading. I suspect he instigated the PhD students "inspire" me to do a PhD under him.

Plan A: Minimise contact, minimise risk. Act blur, live longer.

Plan B: Negotiate.

Plan C: Bluff. Caltech? MIT? Stanford?

Maybe I should do at least a Research Masters under him. Maybe.
