You know, there’s a recent thing about having yourself unplugged for 1 day, like away from Twitter, Facebook and the rest of the internet? (P.S. mail is included as well.)

There was something a while back (via Lifehacker) which featured an article about an unplugged Forbes editor for a week.

What happens when you take a grown man’s Blackberry, cell phone, and computer away? He breaks down into tears, that’s what.

 

 

So how many of us out there are compulsive internet users? :)
