My biggest nightmare was not the huge amount of information I got. It was the lack-of. I have never been to corporate site which is so bloody difficult to navigate. Welcome to SingTel’s website. The search function sucks, even when powered by Google. The singtelnamelogy sucks. Do you understand what all the terms in this page mean without clicking on the page? I have never been so frustrated trying to find information. Try to see if you can find how much handsets cost. Try, go. And what’s with all the bloody FLASH? Stop being flashy dammit and give me a good, easy to mavigate website that I can use my BACK button that is on my browser. And I don’t even want to talk about the SingNet website. Oh please dear god, learn from O2, 3, T-Mobile. Everything I ever need from a telco is on the bloody front page. EVERYTHING.
