Every year before the midway mark, I always plan some time off to learn new things, try new stuff and do meaningful work. In the last few years, I have always planned such “personal development” time just after my B exams. Now that I’m working this year, I refuse to succumb to work misery and will continue to do the same to keep my focus. I do not want to fall into the neverending cycle where people are always tormented by their work.
To be completed by June 2009
To learn new things and try new stuff:
- Learn my Xcode and Objective C, code my first local app for the iPhone just for fun.
To do something meaningful:
- Take a weekend off to do a scenic shoot of Singapore to send to my overseas friends to show them my country.

- X-Men origins
- Angels and Demons
- Star Trek

scenic shoot sounds good. lemme know if u wanna hit the national museum? been meaning to bring my camera out there for a while now.. hm.
